Pay in full or click deposit to part pay and get your order under way. We will email you for your height and heel height before production. You will receive high-resolution finished images and your balance invoice upon completion within 5 months.

Made to order pieces will be available to ship 5 months after ordering your size and supplying your heel height. If your wedding date is sooner, please contact us with details of your wedding date and preferred size and we will advise you of rush order availability. Sale gowns ship the week after purchase via registered post. Shipping on items over $300 is free of charge worldwide.

Any wedding dress you purchase from anywhere will most likely require fittings to achieve a perfect bridal fit.

Deposits on sale gowns, custom gowns and made-to-measure gowns are non-refundable. Full amounts paid for sale gowns, made-to-measure and custom gowns are non-refundable.

If there is a fault with a gown produced by Kate Gubanyi, the seller will not offer a refund and instead will fix the gown to be fit for purpose. If a fault is noted, the buyer must notify the seller within one week of receiving the gown in writing, so as to provide a reasonable time to fix the gown. Photos must be provided and the issue described in full.

In some circumstances, at the discretion of the owner, brides can transfer the paid amounts for a Sale Gown to a different Sale Gown of equal or greater value. If the second preferred sale gown is of lesser value, the buyer can transfer the paid amount to the lesser value gown at the discretion of the seller, and the buyer will forfeit the balance.

For rush orders, the buyer cannot change their order after purchase as rush gowns go straight into production. For made to measure gowns, If the gown has not gone into production, and if fabric has not been purchased, then a change of mind is possible at the discretion of the seller. The buyer should apply in writing if they are wanting to change their gown to a different style within 2 weeks of initial purchase. After the gown has been changed, the greater of the two prices of the gowns applies to the sale.  If fabric has been already been purchased, an additional restocking fee of $400 applies to change the style of gown.

If a made-to-measure gown is faulty, not to specification, and cannot be made fit for purpose, then a refund applies.

Refunds can be made back to the original credit card that applied in the original purchase or can be made via direct bank transfer at the discretion of the buyer.

Refunds will be processed four days after they are agreed upon by the seller. The amount of time for the refund to land in the purchases account will vary depending on the buyer and sellers banking institutions.

Sale Gowns are sold in the condition that they are bought. They are not sold on the proviso that they be altered to the condition of a new gown. Some repairs may be made by the seller as negotiated in the sale. Professional cleaning of a sale gown will be offered by the seller unless the sale gown is in brand new condition.

If an item meets the eligibility criteria for return. Then the buyer will pay return costs of postage.
