Free Shipping

Online orders valued over $300 that are placed without any in-store contact qualify for free shipping, both within Australia and internationally.
All free-shipping orders are sent via registered, insured post to ensure safe delivery.

Wedding Dresses Ordered After In-Store Appointments

Wedding dresses that are purchased following an in-store appointment and require postage will incur a shipping fee at the purchaser’s cost.
Shipping costs will be advised prior to dispatch, and payment must be received in full before your order is shipped.

Orders Under $300 (Within Australia)

Orders valued under $300 that are shipped within Australia incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $10, payable at the time of checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service conditions.

International Orders

International orders are sent via registered, insured international post. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once dispatched, Kate Gubanyi bridal is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or courier services. However, all shipments include insurance for your peace of mind.

Return Shipping

If an item meets the eligibility criteria for return, the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
